KITTY HAWK, NC (AP) — The surf alongside North Carolina’s Outer Banks is the coaching floor for Secret Service brokers studying to rescue U.S. presidents and their households.

The Virginian-Pilot of Norfolk, Virginia, reviews (http://bit.ly/2thkdFq ) that 10 brokers liable for defending President Donald Trump, his predecessors and their households practiced ocean rescues off Kitty Hawk this week.

The 9 males and one lady spent two days on the Outer Banks studying to retrieve a sufferer beneath numerous conditions and convey them to shore.

The group then moved to the Coast Guard Air Station in Elizabeth Metropolis to work with rescue swimmers, leap from helicopters and wrestle victims into rescue baskets.
