MYRTLE BEACH, SC (AP) — A number of individuals are recovering in South Carolina hospitals after a seaside shootout in Myrtle Seashore.
A number of media organizations report the capturing occurred shortly after midnight Sunday.
A part of the gunfire was captured and streamed on-line by a bystander. Myrtle Seashore Police say officers have been dispatched to the world as a big crowd was gathering.
A struggle broke out, and one of many belligerents pulled a gun and fired. An armed safety officer witnessed the capturing and shot the gunman, who carjacked a car and acquired away as he sprayed gunfire.
A number of individuals have been handled for non-life-threatening accidents.
It was the third capturing in Myrtle Seashore inside 12 hours. Myrtle Seashore Police Lt. Joey Crosby stated no officer was shot, although a patrol automotive was hit by gunfire.
