Fugitive in custody, found hiding in dumpster

An Amarillo fugitive needed for a probation violation and possession of a managed substance is now in custody.

APD officers have been dispatched to a house within the 3700 block of Torre Dr. on Friday, Nov. 10, round eleven:00 a.m. Members of the APD PACE unit developed info on William Mchugh and a needed feminine contributing to his whereabouts being on the similar residence.

Officers made contact on the residence with Kammie Westbrook, 22, who was recognized to be needed for a bond forfeiture warrant for Possession of Marijuana in addition to a Probation Violation warrant for Youngster Neglect.

She refused to cooperate with officers ran to an upstairs room, blocking a door inside the house. She  jumped from a 2nd story window of the house and was then situated in a dumpster of the alleyway.

She was arrested for her warrants and in addition charged with Evading Arrest.

William Mchuh was situated within the subsequent dumpster and arrested for his excellent warrant in addition to an on-view cost of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Each Mchugh and Westbrook have been booked into the Randall County Detention Middle.
