Two former city officers in South Carolina have been indicted on fees they stole about $200,000 from the city.
The Publish and Courier of Charleston reported a federal grand jury has indicted former Kiawah Island city administrator Tumiko Rucker and former Kiawah Island city treasurer Harrison Kenneth Gunnells on fees of taking the cash between 2011 and 2015.
